Can I connect Trakium to my self-hosted Traccar GPS server?

Yes, absolutely! Trakium is designed as a direct client for any standard Traccar server (version 5.x or 6.x running on Linux VPS, Docker, AWS, DigitalOcean, or private data centers). You simply enter your server URL (e.g. https://gps.yourcompany.com) and your account credentials on the login screen to track your fleet immediately with zero proxy servers in between.

Which map engines can I use inside the app?

Trakium is the only tracking app offering a true pluggable map facade: on iOS and iPadOS, you can toggle seamlessly between Google Maps, Apple Maps (native MapKit), and OpenStreetMap directly in Settings without restarting the app. On Android, Google Maps and OpenStreetMap are available. Vehicle headings auto-rotate accurately across all three providers.

Is there a live demo account to test the app without setting up hardware?

How does Trakium protect fleet telemetry and user privacy?

Your telemetry travels strictly between your mobile device and your chosen Traccar server over encrypted HTTPS and WSS WebSocket protocols. We do not inspect, intercept, store, or sell tracking logs.
